Each player is permitted to hold only one OKJili account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all balances and permanent suspension. Your account is personal and non-transferable.

Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended, all bonus funds will be forfeited, and any winnings derived from bonus funds may be voided.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify OKJili immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. OKJili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

OKJili is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. OKJili reserves the right to request KYC documents at any time, including before processing any withdrawal.
All deposits to your OKJili account are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). OKJili supports deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly or within a short processing window depending on the payment method used.
OKJili does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned and may trigger an account review.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements. OKJili reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

OKJili reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. OKJili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, except where fraud or abuse is suspected.

OKJili uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the rules displayed within the live game environment.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, OKJili will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of OKJili.
Any unauthorized use of OKJili's intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.

OKJili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your OKJili account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. OKJili makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. OKJili does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude OKJili's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
OKJili reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, regulatory requirements, or business decisions.
Upon termination for cause (including breach of these Terms), OKJili may forfeit any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds. Real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification and deduction of any amounts owed to OKJili.
You may close your account at any time by contacting OKJili's customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of applicable verification procedures.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the OKJili Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
OKJili operates under PAGCOR regulatory oversight. Complaints that cannot be resolved directly with OKJili may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.
OKJili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, OKJili will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
